We rapidly re-baselined the 4-year transformation program roadmap for new process and technology model.
We resolved critical gaps from an independent audit on the transformation.
We aligned the Executive Leadership Team on key milestones and strategic priorities.
We also introduced structured governance forums to accelerate decision-making and accountability.
Built a robust delivery discipline that we brought to the program every single day for the four and a half year duration.
Outcomes
Successfully delivered full end-to-end transformation of three safety programs on time and under budget.
Laid the foundation for the organization to move from an inspection-based model to an Outcome-based Regulator.
Launched the first fully digitized customer facing portal for the organization.
Executed a complete modernization of the business process and technology landscape (Oracle to Microsoft Dynamics).
Ensured the IT organization was ready to take over and had a playbook to guide future modernization phases.

Our Observations
Years of over-analysis with minimal results had led to a demoralized team and a loss of credibility across the organization. There was an urgent need for early, high impact wins to restore confidence and set the stage for sustainable change and a much needed technology modernization.
Our Approach
Defined a bold modernization vision aligned with the new CEO’s strategic objectives, targeting a 40–60% reduction in lead times over two years.
Developed a $500M+ three-year business case, unlocking value through sourcing, capacity creation, outsourcing, and working capital benefits.
Outcomes
Partnered with first and second lines of defence to design and implement a fast path process in SAP that reduced professional services SOW sourcing lead times from ~100 days to under 5 days while improving compliance and procurement risk profile.
Facilitated business case buy-in with members of the senior executive team who recognize the early win as a flagship case study.
