Post Deployment
Even though a project has gone live there is still work to be done! As part of our services we are focused on a smooth transition to the receiving organization. We have various tools and methodologies at your disposal to ensure the organization is ready, trained, and aligned to execute a sustainment and continuous improvement plan. As part of project close activities we bring to conclusion various contracts, create a documentation archive, and provide a final budget report measuring actual spend vs. forecast. We also recommend a final session involving key stakeholders to identify lessons learned for reference during future project activities.
